Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Lost Lake Adventures for concierge services.

At Lost Lake Adventures, we work closely with local businesses, activity providers, and service partners to create exceptional Lake Tahoe experiences. Because many services require advance planning and reservations, the following cancellation policy applies.
Custom vacation planning begins immediately after booking and includes research, itinerary development, and vendor coordination.
Because planning services require significant time and expertise, planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Orders canceled at least 48 hours before delivery will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable grocery purchases already made.
Orders canceled after groceries have been purchased are not eligible for reimbursement of purchased items.
Perishable items cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds for activities, tours, dining reservations, transportation, or other third-party services are subject to each individual provider's cancellation policy.
Lost Lake Adventures cannot guarantee refunds for third-party reservations.
Lake Tahoe weather can change quickly.

Failure to appear for a scheduled service or reservation without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
